Start a project

A project begins with one sentence. Not an outline, not a script — a topic, the way you would describe the video to a friend.

Alongside it you choose four things: a theme, a narrator voice, a target length between five and thirty minutes, and a spending cap. The cap is the only hard limit in the system; the run stops rather than exceeding it.

What runs unattended

Once started, the pipeline works through every stage without asking you anything:

• Script — outlined first, then written section by section
• Narration — text-to-speech at your chosen voice and pace
• Timing — narration aligned to word-level timestamps
• Storyboard — narration split into timed scenes, one illustration each
• Animation — optional, still scenes become moving clips
• Publishing kit — title options, description, tags, chapters

Your one review stop

The run pauses when the storyboard is ready. This is deliberate: everything up to this point is cheap, and everything after it is not.

Review the scenes, regenerate any image you dislike, edit narration lines, reorder or drop scenes. When you approve, the render starts and the video is finished without further input.

What you get

A 16:9 MP4 with captions, music and sound effects, a 1280×720 thumbnail in several variations, and a publishing kit you can paste straight into YouTube.

Nothing is uploaded anywhere. You decide when and where the video goes.
